Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I know I'm early (Halloween is Thursday) but I'm not blogging on Thursday. I bought some candy yesterday to get ready for the spooktacular night even though I will only have a small handful of kids to come by. Guess who will be eating candy? As a matter of fact, guess who opened the bag last night? Not to worry, I will save some for Halloween.

Here are some new designs that will be arriving soon. Remember, Christmas is less than 2 months away.

Happy Monday!

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was very relaxing since I spent it at the beach. My family and I were able to enjoy the beach and some go-cart racing before the rain arrived. We also enjoyed some wonderful seafood. I was even able to get some stitching done (yay!). It was a short trip but well worth it. I took the photo above yesterday morning. It was going to be a gorgeous day (to bad we had to leave).

Just a quick mention...the Fall Custom Framing Special ends tomorrow. If you are planning to take advantage of it, you only have today and tomorrow left.

From Samplers Not Forgotten
What a fun piece. The snow couple are all dressed for Christmas.

     Ann Roberts                                 Frances Grassby

From With Thy Needle & Thread
As always, great designs from Brenda. She is however, starting a new series called Souvenirs of the Heart.  These are "tiny work" designs which means they are worked over 1 thread on 28ct. Lugana. They will finish up approximately 2.5" tall. New minis will be added to the series but in no specific time frame.

From Hands on Design
How cute! This is now my favorite in the Chalk Full series.

Chalk Full - Merry

From Heartstring Samplery
The tea ball ornaments are actually stitched on a 2.75" tea infuser ball. Stitching on a stiff metal mesh that is curved is very challenging so it is not recommended for a beginner. The pattern includes tips and tricks that Beth learned while working on these. I just might have to try these challenging little ornaments.

 Tea Ball Ornaments                          Advent Candles
                                                               Ornament Set

A Thankful Life Chairarm Pinkeep

From Pineberry Lane
These little witches would make great ornaments for a Halloween Tree.

Three Little Witches

From Scattered Seeds Samplers
This might be a little large for an ornament but it makes a great pillow. Love those pumpkin faces.

Night Watch 1626

From Waxing Moon Designs
I agree with both of these musings. They are too funny.

Merry Musings

From Vintage Needlearts
I really like the verse on this sampler. Another design for the stash.

Coming soon!

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine went by way too fast but was an enjoyable one, nonetheless. My daughter is home on fall break and it was wonderful having her home.  I didn't have any time to stitch this weekend so hopefully, I will have time to stitch this coming weekend while I'm at the beach. (Yay!!!)

Remember...the Fall Custom Framing Special is still underway. There is still time to take advantage of the savings.
