Short and sweet!

There is not much going on right now but I did manage to find a few new things that will be arriving in the shop really soon. As we get closer to the fall, things will pick back up again. Now would be a good time to start on holiday stitching ( like Halloween or Christmas). I have recently started a small Halloween design which I hope to finish really soon. I'll share a picture of it when I'm done. I changed the colors and fabric that were called for. Imagine that?

Show & Tell

Carol has finished another project (yes, I know, she is speedy).
This one is called Taby's Needle Cushion from Priscilla's Pocket. It is a quick to stitch pincushion which can be done in any color that you like. Also instead of sticking your needles directly into the stitching area, it is finished with a fabric band to be used a needle parking spot.

FYI
If you purchased a 2012 Halloween magazine from Just Cross Stitch, be aware that they accidentally left a pattern out. "Not Forgotted" from Plum Street Samplers was the design.
Just Cross Stitch has put the design on their website. Click here to get it.
Thank you Charlene for bringing this to our attention.
