Happy Halloween

This is the week that all the little ghosts, goblins, and assorted other characters come begging for candy. Oh, what fun! I do remember enjoying Halloween as I child. Now, I like watching my children enjoy it. They are really excited about Thursday night. I would be more so if it wasn't on a school night. Oh well, next year it will be on a Friday night (yeah!!!).

There are no over-dyed threads, buttons or embellishments. Each design has a stitch count of 46w x 67h. They are perfect to stitch alone and Diane has given 4 different ways to finish them.

This looks to be a really cute and simple new series!

October is almost over!

Wow, this month has gone by way too quickly. I can't believe that it's almost Halloween. I still need to get a Halloween costume for my son. With only 10 days until the "candy fest", I guess I'd better hop to it. I can't imagine what we'll find. If worse comes to worse, I'll cut two holes in a sheet and he can be a ghost (he did not find that amusing). This makes me wonder how much time I'll give myself to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Probably not enough.
