It's the end of August!

It's hard to believe that we are at the end of August. This year has gone by amazingly fast. Before you know it, the holidays will be here and I am most definitely not ready for that. I am however, ready for cooler temps. Let the fall begin!

The Stitch and Frame Shop will be CLOSED on Monday September 3rd. for Labor Day. I hope everyone has a very enjoyable long weekend. Since, the shop will be closed on Monday, there will not be a blog next week (sorry).

Back to School!

Well, it's that time of year again and boy has the traffic increased in the mornings..lol. I took my daughter to Clemson on Saturday and surprisingly enough, I did not cry when we said goodbye to her. She seems to be doing well so far but things could change when classes start on Wednesday. My son went back to school today. Let the homework begin...ughhhhh.

On the way...

Happy Monday! Another week has started. Are you ready? I'm not. The picture above pretty much sums me up for the day, probably even the whole week...LOL. The end of the week will bring forth my daughters arrival at college. Yes, we move her in on Saturday and my emotions are all over the place. I hope I can hold it together on Saturday. We shall see.

On a more fun note, I finished a project....another mermaid. She is simply beautiful. I'm going to pick out a frame today and hopefully she will be hanging in the store soon. I haven't started another project yet, but will tonight and no it's not another mermaid.
