Are you ready for.....BLACK FRIDAY!

All I plan to do on black Friday is to sleep in while my stomach continues to digest all the food from the day before. When I do finally get up, I want to plop myself on the couch and spend the day watching movies and stitching. I believe this is a much better plan than getting trampled at the mall. For those of you who plan to brave the traffic and crowds....be careful and have fun. Remember, The Stitch and Frame Shop will be open on Friday and Saturday (normal hours) so if you get tired of the mall, come by and pick out a gift for a fellow stitcher or even yourself. After a hard morning of fighting the crowds, you deserve a little treat!

Coming Soon!!........Santa's Village

Country Cottage Needleworks has a new 12 part series called Santa's Village which will be arriving very soon. One pattern will be released each month beginning in November. Each design is stitched on 32ct. Lambswool Linen and has a stitch count of 72w x 88h. The patterns can be stitched alone or as one bigger piece (3 horizontal rows of 4 houses each).  Each design will also use one button from Just Another Button Company. The button is optional, so it will not be included with the pattern.

Sign up for this series NOW and you will be notified each time a new piece of the village arrives. Also let us know if you would like the buttons. This looks to be a very cute series. I have been wanting to stitch a Christmas project for a while, but haven't been able to decide what. I think this just might be it!
